Delivery:It was quite embarasing to be a midle man between my forwarding agents that were trying to contact the company in terms of delivering to agents facility. My agent informed me that the company is pushing for change of already signed on Alibaba delivery agreement from FOB to EXW. Quality: Poor quality of finish, poor understanding of issues that were severaly explained. Product machined not according to specs provided. Product delivered overdue, bellived that after T1 that the issues were fixed, instead, the issues have been resolved only on one plate out of 4 that were faulty. Now producer states that we wrongly use the tools they provided. Insert plates without finish that was agreed on, overpolished product cavity tips causing flashes, posibly not possible to modifie. Service: poor communication(explain one thing, do other thing) Informed that the exhausts canot be at product tips. That is where the exhaust canals were made. BAD EXPERIENCE, THINK BEFORE MAKING A DEAL.

As for mold quality,You didn't have a 2D to show What do you need at the beginning.When you gave us thequalified sample, then we modifed the mold accordingly. We gave you the correct sample and showed the video to you, and you approved then the mold was shipped. your side couldn't make correct parts.Please reflect why we can do it correctly and you can't. It's definitely not a mold problem.
Without consulting with us, you directly complained us on the platform and asked for a refund. After platform getting our evidence, The platform does not require us to refund. They don't think we did wrong.We believe in platforms.
